• All items must be fully insured.
  

• USPS only covers up to $5000.
  

• If an item is over $5000, we will try to ship UPS, but there rates are much higher, especially for international.
  

• We strongly advise you to have private supplemental insurance for all vintage guitar purchases. Buyer assumes all liability. Vintage Guitar Galaxy is not responsible for claims not approved by carriers.
  

• In the extremely rare event of a lost or damaged item, a report & insurance claim must be filed immediately with the delivering driver & carrier & Vintage Guitar Galaxy upon receipt of item. Damaged items must be returned to us immediately with detailed description of damage. All carrier claim procedures must be followed. Insurance credit will be issued upon claim adjuster's settlement, & return of damaged item to Vintage Guitar Galaxy.

• These are only precautionary measures. It is extremely rare for an item to be lost or damaged. In over 30 years of buying, selling, trading, collecting, we have never had a lost or damaged item!
